It can also be used in the case of migraines and headaches, food poisoning and rheumatic diseases. The possible properties of thyme against certain cancers, such as colon, breast and prostate cancer, are being investigated. In addition, introducing this herb into the diet help alleviate some adverse effects of radiation therapy and chemotherapy, such as mucositis.
