What do complaints look like?
All complaints submitted by our customers are thoroughly analyzed by our quality control and production departments. The complaint review process takes no longer than 2 weeks from the date of submission.
Transport
Can I buy the product with transport?
Yes, that is possible. In collaboration with the logistics department, we organize both domestic and international deliveries. This includes full truckload deliveries as well as so-called LTL shipments (one or more pallets). Additionally, there is also the option for self-pickup of the material.
What is the cost of transportation?
Everything depends on the shipping destination. Another important factor influencing the transportation cost is the time frame in which the recipient wants to receive the delivery. Each shipment is priced individually.
