Control of growers
The quality of herbal raw materials offered by Polish Herbs is largely determined by carefully selected growers. Due to the fact that most of our crops are located in the Lublin Voivodeship, famous for its clean air, the herbal raw materials we provide are appreciated by customers from all over the world. The quality of raw materials obtained for further production processes is supervised by qualified agrotechnicians employed by Polish Herbs.

Raw material collection
Before the herbal raw material is sent to further processing, it is subjected to numerous laboratory tests. Their purpose is to verify whether the raw material meets strictly established factory criteria. For our specialists, a positive quality assessment means admission to the production process.

Processing process
For the processing of herbal raw materials, we use equipment provided by leading manufacturers of processing machines and production lines. They include: herb separators, pneumatic tunnels, cutters, mills, granulators, mixers.
The production process at Polish Herbs includes: spreading, cleaning, cutting, grinding, granulating, mixing, product packaging.
At the customer’s request, the final products are subjected to a sterilization process.

Packing
The final stage of production work is the packaging of herbal raw materials according to the packaging rules agreed with the client. The products are packed mainly in three-layer paper bags weighing 8-25 kg. The packaging we use has a certificate – a declaration of conformity for paper bags, confirming their intended use for packaging dry and loose food products.
Quality control
At each stage of the production process, qualified Polish Herbs biotechnologists control the quality of the raw material.
Qualitative analyzes are carried out in a laboratory specially equipped for this purpose.
